Type of Project- Roof Conversion (from flat to pitched)

Location- NW Oklahoma City

Year of Construction- 1998

Original Goals for this Project:  Our Client's for this project, weren't even the Homeowner's when we first met.  They had found this prime corner lot in the Quail Creek Addition of Oklahoma City, but the house had serious problems with the roof, not to mention the siding surrounding the roof was nearing the end of its life span.

After working on some preliminary plans and cost factors to resolve the above issues, the perspective buyers entered a bid on the property and subsequently purchased this home, the following photos show the end results from our initial design.
