Type of Project- Patio Enclosure

Year of Construction- 1992

This project was featured on the cover of the Real Estate Magazine, in the Daily Oklahoman (March 6, 1993)

Original Goals for this Project:  Create additional space to the Homeowner's Living Room by  enclosing the existing covered patio.  Homeowner wanted to retain and expand on, the view of their beautiful lot.  Last but not least, they wanted the above to be achieved without compromising the architecture of there existing home.

During the first few days of construction porch columns and the existing brick have been removed in preparation for the new Enclosure.

This photo shows how the large windows, brick and wood trim combine to blend this Enclosure into the existing residence.
