Type of Project- Master Suite Addition

Location- NW Oklahoma City

Year of Construction- 1992

Original Goals for this Project: Utilize the space of an existing Bedroom along with a new Addition to create a Master Suite that would include two large walk in closets, a Full Bathroom including space for a washer & dryer and a Sitting area with Fireplace.

 Before
In this Before photo, the new walls of the Addition can be seen under construction through the existing windows... also as a point of reference in the following photo, notice the (circled) floor heating and cooling duct in the corner of the room.

During 
In this photo the existing Bedroom walls have been removed and the Sitting Area of the Master Suite is taking shape... again note the existing (circled) heating & cooling duct.

 After
In the photo at right, the raised ceiling in the Sitting Area along with beautiful new windows and hardwood floors have helped transform this Master Bedroom into an elegant Suite.

Master Bathroom 
The Master Bathroom complete with a Kohler Aventura tub/ shower combination, Corian counter tops and twin glass block windows.
